Creating the landscape for the future
The partners of the Landscape Manifesto concluded that the quality of the landscape should be higher on the agenda in the Netherlands and that people would benefit from more quality in the landscape.
Out of that came the idea for the ‘Landscape Parade’—an event where everyone with a professional interest in the landscape could contribute something and take something away. Everything would lead to a key event where the doors would be opened to the public, to businesses and to politicians.
